A property in Englewood that sold for $5.37 million appears to be the most expensive residential sale in Bergen County in the last 30 days.

According to Redfin, the prices on Bergen County homes were up 9.3% for the month of September compared to 2023, with a median price of $711,000. Most homes sell after 70 days on the market, compared to 68 days last year. Data for October was not available as of press time.

Here are the six most expensive homes that sold in the last 30 days in Bergen County, according to Zillow:

2. 96 Buckingham Road, Tenafly, $4.67 million, Oct. 15

3. 324 Hardenburgh Ave, Demarest, $4.20 million, Oct. 2

4. 54 Forest Road, Tenafly, $4.1 million, Sept. 26

5. 77 Hoover Dr., Cresskill, $3.75 million, Oct. 18

6. 170 N. Farview Ave., Paramus, $3.61 million, Sept. 24
